Estimation Engineer (1 Position)
Location: Mumbai (Office-based with site coordination as required)Role SummaryThe Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, rate analysis, BOQs, and tender documentation for Government construction projects. The role is critical for competitive bidding and financial viability of projects.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed rate analysis for civil, structural, and finishing works Study tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs issued by BMC/MMRDA Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and comparative statements Assist management in quoting, bidding, and tender submissions Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain market rates for materials and services Track changes in SOR, market trends, and Government tender norms Support project teams with cost control and budget trackingRequired Qualifications & Experience Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering Minimum 5+ years of experience in estimation for building construction Strong experience with Government tenders (BMC/MMRDA preferred) Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and estimation tools Strong analytical and documentation skills
