Job Description
1. Study and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and BOQ for estimation purposes.2. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bill of Quantities (BOQ)3. Prepare project cost estimates, rate analysis, and cost comparisons. 4. Conduct site visit when required to verify quantities and assess actual site conditions5. Monitor material consumption and compare with estimated quantities.
