Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and tender submissions for industrial concrete flooring projects. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to evaluate project requirements, quantities, materials, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Study and review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete flooring projects (including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs).

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare rate analysis.

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.

Work closely with the project team, procurement, and subcontractors to gather pricing information.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.

Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings.

Assist in developing project schedules and planning resources.

Ensure estimates align with industry standards and client specifications.

Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
