About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with the sales team to handle client inquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on leads. 2. Maintain CRM records and ensure all customer communications and follow-ups are logged. 3. Assist in scheduling site visits, meetings and technical discussions between clients and the sales manager team. 4. Prepare sales reports, weekly updates and performance dashboards. If required follow up on payment collections, documentation and client satisfaction post-project handover.
