This is a skilled position requiring full-time hours in a combination of office and project site environments. Analytical and extremely detail- oriented people make good estimation engineers. Definition Talking to Account Clients for New Enquiries. Key Responsibilities Checking Emails for New Tenders/Enquiries. Recording Critical Information of the Enquiry in Tracker. Floating Enquiries to Principal Suppliers. Checking and Verifying the Authenticity & Accuracy of Enquries. Prepare Estimate based on the Ground Rules of Estimation. Reply to Clients with Offer/Quotations. Engage with the Clients for Technical, Techno Commercials and Negotiation Meetings. Engage with Sales Manager for Conversion of Potential Orders. Sending Updated Tracker Daily Engaging with Account Clients for Companies Promotional Activities over Social Media/Chats/Calls. Accuracy of Estimates. Number of Enquries Replied/Day. Order Conversion with Account Clients. Revenue Target Achievement of Sales Team Measurement Metrics
Job Title: Design Engineer Department: Design & Engineering Department Department Overview: The Design & Engineering Department is responsible for creating, developing, and improving product designs, layouts, and drawings used in manufacturing or construction. The team ensures that all designs meet client specifications, safety standards, and company quality guidelines. The department closely coordinates with production, quality, and project management teams to convert design concepts into practical, cost-effective solutions. Job Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD (and other design software if required). Develop design layouts, fabrication drawings, and assembly diagrams as per project requirements. Review and modify existing designs to improve efficiency and performance. Work closely with the Project , Production , and Quality teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical standards. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and client specifications. Maintain proper documentation of design changes, drawing revisions, and version control. Assist in material selection, cost estimation, and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM). Participate in client meetings or internal discussions for design clarification and approval. Support the development of prototypes and testing activities, if applicable. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of SolidWorks / CATIA / Revit is an added advantage. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and tolerances. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Qualification & Experience: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering (depending on project type). 15 years of experience in a similar design role.
