Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estimation Engineer role located in Kochi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project cost estimates to ensure accuracy in planning and budgeting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, conducting research, and participating in cost negotiations to support project execution. The role will involve collaboration with the design and project teams, ensuring resources are effectively utilized and project goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Preparing Bills and Invoices.
• ⁠Preparing Cutting Lists for factory production
• Interacting with Clients and Architects regarding Design, Drawings and specs of the materials used.
• Analyzing the Interior 3D Views, 2D Detail drawings and take Quantity for the various materials Used in the Drawings.
