Estimation Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Chennai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing detailed project estimations, and ensuring accurate cost forecasting. Additionally, the role involves conducting thorough research, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating closely with the civil engineering team to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQ and Project Estimation
• Strong background in Civil Engineering
• Excellent Negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and stakeholders
• Ability to conduct thorough and effective Research
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in the construction /Interior industry is a plus
• Should have Design experience using 2d & 3d softwares.
