Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in scaling our platform , reducing time-to-market , and developing new products that extend financial access to underserved segments. Key Responsibilities: Scale a proven fintech platform to support millions of users and clients Identify and implement improvements to accelerate time-to-market (automation, modularization, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new products leveraging our core platform Lead or mentor junior developers while maintaining a strong focus on code quality and best practices Required Skilss & Quallifications : 3+ years of Python development experience in building web applications Hands-on with web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) Adherence to SOLID principles and clean coding practices Proficient in Linux systems for software deployment and monitoring Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB Familiarity with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53, Cognito) Comfortable using tools like Fabric for configuration management Ability to mentor team members and collaborate in a fast-paced development environment Our Current Tech Stack Includes: Web Tier: Flask, Django, FastAPI Database Tier: PostgreSQL, MongoDB Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, Route 53, Cognito), Ubuntu Configuration Management: Fabric We are constantly evolving and welcome engineers who are eager to explore and introduce new technologies.
