Role Overview:

Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale a proven fintech platform to support

  millions of users and clients

• Identify and implement improvements to

  accelerate time-to-market

  (automation, modularization, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

  build new products

  leveraging our core platform
• Lead or mentor junior developers while maintaining a strong focus on

  code quality and best practices

Required Skilss & Quallifications :

• 3+ years of

  Python

  development experience in building web applications
• Hands-on with

  web frameworks

  such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI
• Solid understanding of

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

• Adherence to SOLID principles

  and clean coding practices
• Proficient in

  Linux

  systems for software deployment and monitoring
• Experience working with

  databases

  like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Familiarity with

  AWS infrastructure

  (EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53, Cognito)
• Comfortable using tools like

  Fabric

  for configuration management
• Ability to

  mentor team members

  and collaborate in a fast-paced development environment
