Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the position at Zalaris, you will be responsible for the following key aspects: Role Overview: At Zalaris, you will play a crucial role in leading efforts to collect, aggregate, and analyze data to measure environmental impacts and progress towards sustainability goals. Your responsibilities will include managing sustainability projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing strategies to reduce environmental impact, engaging with stakeholders, and preparing sustainability reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead data collection, aggregation, and analysis to measure environmental impacts and progress towards sustainability goals. - Manage sustainability projects related to climate risk, energy and water management, and supply chain sustainability. - Ensure compliance with emerging ESG regulations such as CSRD, ESRS, and GRI frameworks. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce the environmental impact of the organization's operations. - Facilitate cross-functional meetings and engage with stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives. - Collaborate with the Chief Sustainability Officer and Finance teams to prepare sustainability reports. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Experience: Over 5 years of professional experience in sustainability, with a strong background in data analysis and project management. - Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools, strong analytical and communication skills, in-depth knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and GRI reporting frameworks.
