Escalation Associate (trading)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Escalation Associate (Trading). The responsibilities of this role include managing and addressing escalations related to trading activities, conducting detailed analysis, and proposing solutions for identified issues. The individual will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide support in equity trading operations, and ensure timely communication and resolution of any trading-related challenges.

• Basic to advanced proficiency in Finance concepts
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and manage multiple tasks seamlessly
• Relevant experience in the trading or financial sector
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments
