Job Description

Oracle Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud modules based on client needs.
Lead or support Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Oracle Cloud applications.
Customize reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, or other Oracle reporting tools.
Create and maintain documentation (BRDs, functional specs, test cases, training materials).
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Provide post-go-live support and training to end users.
Coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and SR management.
