Role Description

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Senior Developer to lead the development, customization, and optimization of ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong business understanding, and the ability to translate organizational requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules
• Lead ERPNext implementation projects end-to-end
• Customize DocTypes, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts (Python, JavaScript)
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, CRM, accounting tools, etc.)
• Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe framework development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL
• Solid understanding of ERP concepts (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM)
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of Linux server environments and deployment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
