Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • User Support: Address user inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to the ERP system via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose, investigate, and resolve system errors and technical problems.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, perform regular audits, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure efficiency and data integrity.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for new and existing users on how to effectively use the ERP system.
  • Upgrades and Enhancements: Assist with implementing ERP software updates, patches, and new modules.
  • Data Management: Help users with data entry, data extraction, and report generation within the system.
  • Security and Access Control: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and proper access.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
