Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries, provide product information, and arrange product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, messages, and walk-in inquiries. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations or showroom visits. Follow up with potential leads to ensure a high conversion rate. Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely demos and client satisfaction. Update and maintain customer databases or CRM tools. Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
