ERP Support Engineer

Job Description:

The ERP Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical and functional support for the school’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This role ensures that all school operations — including academics, administration, finance, and communication — run smoothly within the ERP environment. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills to assist both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related technical and functional issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to login, data entry, reports, and access.
• Manage and maintain the school ERP system, ensuring smooth daily operation.
• Configure and update modules (e.g., Student Information, Attendance, Fee Management, Exams, HR, Library, Transport, etc.).
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for staff, teachers, and students
• Strong Communication Skills: Verbal, written, and interpersonal

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
• Basic understanding of PHP and OOP concepts
• Familiarity with Laravel and/or CodeIgniter frameworks
• Understanding of MySQL or similar databases
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a team environment

Preferred:

• Academic projects or internships in web development
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• Git/GitHub basics

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, etc.)

Pay: ₹443,151.70 - ₹1,766,588.47 per year
