ERP Sales Professional

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for combining Inside and Outside sales efforts to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and achieve business growth targets. In your role, you will conduct outreach through various channels to identify and qualify leads, build a strong pipeline of prospects, and collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns. Engaging with potential clients, you will understand their ERP needs, propose customized solutions, and maintain long-term relationships. Attending industry events and trade shows, you will represent the company and strive to meet or exceed sales quotas. Staying updated on SAP ERP solutions and industry trends is crucial to position the company as a trusted advisor. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or possess equivalent experience. With at least 3 years of proven experience in SAP ERP Sales or large-scale ERP sales, you should have a deep understanding of the ERP sales lifecycle and client pain points. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. You should be capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. Familiarity with other ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and experience in consulting or IT solutions companies are preferred qualifications.
