ERP Next Functional Consultant

As a skilled and motivated ERPNext Functional Consultant (Accounting), you will join a team in Navi Mumbai to provide tailored ERP accounting solutions to clients in the education, lending, and services sectors. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the implementation and configuration of the ERPNext Accounting module - Set up company structures, chart of accounts, cost centers, budgets, and tax rules - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess financial workflows and conduct GAP analysis - Prepare functional requirement documents - Implement workflows, scripts, and automations using ERPNext/Frappe - Customize dashboards and financial reports - Ensure system alignment with local accounting standards - Deliver hands-on training to finance and accounting teams - Provide post-go-live support - Act as a liaison between accounting users and technical/development teams - Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and changes - Create user manuals and SOPs for accounting operations within ERPNext **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems - Proven expertise in ERPNext Accounting module implementation - Strong skills in requirement analysis, process mapping, and documentation - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to conduct user workshops and training independently **Additional Details:** - Preferred qualifications include ERPNext Certification (Functional specialization) - Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting using the Frappe framework - Experience in education or micro-lending domains - Full-time, permanent role based in Navi Mumbai - On-site work from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM - Compensation as per industry standards and experience - Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund This opportunity as an ERPNext Functional Consultant (Accounting) in Navi Mumbai offers a chance to utilize your skills and experience in a rewarding and collaborative work environment.,
