Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and technically strong ERP Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have 57 years of hands-on experience in ERP platforms, strong coordination skills, and the ability to align system capabilities with business needs.

This role is critical to ensuring that our business processes across departments are efficiently supported and continuously improved through the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP implementation and post-go-live support activities across business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, HR, Inventory, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Maintain system integrity, performance, and data consistency across modules.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security within the ERP system.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users.
  • Coordinate with external ERP vendors and internal IT teams for customization and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows, integrations, and reporting within the ERP system.
  • Prepare regular performance and usage reports for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data governance standards AND Provide Reports Required by the Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate / B.tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, procurement, or HR.
  • Good understanding of database concepts and system integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in ERP migration or version upgrades.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools.
  • Exposure to project management practices; certification like PMP is a plus.
  • Experience in Real state.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
