ERP Manager

As an ERP Manager in the Jewelry Industry with 6+ years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Synergics ERP system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver efficient ERP solutions. It will be crucial for you to ensure system availability, monitor performance, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. Your role will involve managing ERP projects, overseeing system upgrades, customizations, and third-party integrations. Providing technical support and training to end-users will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to develop and enforce IT policies, data security measures, and compliance standards within the organization. Working closely with vendors and consultants for system improvements and issue resolution will be necessary. Generating performance reports and data-driven insights for management decision-making will also be a key aspect of your role. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP and IT infrastructure will be crucial for driving digital transformation and enhancing IT efficiency within the organization. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include delivering ERP upgrades/customizations on time and within budget, resolving 80% of ERP-related support tickets within 24-48 hours, and identifying cost savings in IT operations and ERP maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. Hands-on experience with Synergics ERP or similar platforms, ERP-related certifications, proficiency in database management & SQL, strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills, project management & leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices & IT compliance are required for this role.,
