Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation Support

• Assist in all phases of ERP implementation (AS-IS, TO-BE, GAP Analysis, Blueprint, Testing, Training, Go-Live).

• Collect and organize operational data from departments, especially from the Plant (Production, Inventory, Quality).

• Prepare documentation and support the creation of process maps and SOPs.

• Track tasks, timelines, and implementation issues alongside the ERP Head.

Technical & IT Support

• Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and network issues at the plant and head office.

• Troubleshoot technical problems related to ZOHO applications; coordinate with vendors if needed.

• Assist in setting up and testing workflows, forms, and dashboards in ZOHO ERP.

Data Collection & Documentation

• Gather structured and unstructured data from departments and standardize it for ERP use.

• Assist in data cleaning, formatting, and validation prior to migration.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of ERP configurations, changes, and support logs.

Data Security & Privacy

• Follow company policies and best practices to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Assist in implementing basic IT General Controls (ITGC) such as user access and password policies.

• Support the creation and enforcement of data privacy guidelines, especially for sensitive operational data.

• Report any observed data risks or non-compliance issues to the ERP Head or IT Consultant.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Act as a liaison between plant-level teams and the ERP/IT team.

• Attend weekly internal and ERP review meetings.

• Follow up on assigned action points, support team communications, and ensure timely task closure.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP, IT support, or systems implementation.
  • (Freshers with relevant project/internship experience may also be considered.)
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (experience with

    ZOHO

    preferred).
