Job Overview. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an ERP Implementations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP implementations and possess strong technical skills. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP implementations. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and best practices. Proficiency in MEs, SQL, and ERP. Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Client-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships. Roles And Responsibilities. Implement and configure ERP systems according to client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and develop customized solutions to meet client needs. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Provide technical support and training to end users. Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
