ERP Implementation & Support Executive

Role Overview: As an ERP Implementation & Support Executive at Appstean Infotech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for implementing ERP solutions at client sites and providing technical and functional support to ERP users. You will work closely with the ERP team and end users to ensure smooth business process enablement in various modules. Key Responsibilities: - Implement ERP modules such as Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, and Inventory Control - Provide support to ERP users by resolving queries via phone, email, or in person at client locations - Communicate effectively with Customer ERP core team, implementation team, technical consultants, and managers - Maintain flowcharts, SOP's, prepare user manuals, and conduct end user training - Configure, deploy, and manage the ERP system and backend database - Travel extensively to client sites for software implementation and training purposes Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-3 years of experience working with ERP software in the Manufacturing Industry - Strong knowledge of PLSQL - Ability to solve complex business issues with excellent communication and presentation skills - Functional knowledge of ERP modules and processes Additional Company Details: Appstean Infotech Pvt Ltd is an IT Software company located in Indore/Ahmedabad.
