ERP Implementation & Support Executive

As an ERP Implementation & Support Executive at Appstean Infotech Pvt Ltd, your main role will be to implement ERP at client sites and provide technical and functional support to ERP solution users. You will work closely with ERP team members and end users to ensure smooth operation of business processes enabled by ERP across various modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing ERP modules such as Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, and Inventory Control at client sites - Providing ERP support by resolving customer queries via phone, email, remote assistance, or on-site visits - Communicating effectively with Customer ERP core team, implementation team, technical consultant, and manager - Maintaining flowcharts, SOP's, preparing user manuals, and conducting end user training - Configuring, deploying, and managing the ERP system and backend database system - Traveling extensively to client sites for software implementation and training purposes To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-3 years of experience working with ERP Software in the Manufacturing Industry - Strong knowledge of PLSQL - Ability to solve complex business issues with excellent communication and presentation skills - Functional knowledge of ERP Modules and Processes Prior experience in the implementation and support of Manufacturing ERP Solutions would be preferable.
