As an ERP Implementation Specialist specializing in Odoo ERP Accounting Module, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo's accounting modules to cater to client-specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to gather requirements, setting up the Chart of Accounts and tax configurations, conducting end-to-end testing, supporting bank reconciliation processes, providing training to end-users, troubleshooting issues, developing custom financial reports, and collaborating with development teams for customizations or integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting processes, challenges, and goals. - Set up and manage the Chart of Accounts, tax configurations, and financial reporting structures in Odoo. - Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure data flow accuracy within the accounting module. - Support bank reconciliation processes and maintain data accuracy in financial records. - Provide training and documentation for end-users to ensure efficient use of the Odoo accounting system. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues, offering ongoing support and maintenance. - Develop custom financial reports based on client requirements and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with development teams for advanced customizations or integrations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience as an ERP Implementation Specialist with a focus on Odoo ERP accounting modules. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. - Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of multi-currency transactions, tax configurations, and reconciliation in Odoo. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. - Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles and end-user training. - Certification in Odoo or any other ERP accounting module is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with data migration, integration with third-party applications, and advanced reporting in Odoo. - Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (e.g., Python) for reporting or customization. - Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and audit processes in an ERP environment.
