ERP Implementation Executive

You will be working closely with ERP team members and end users to provide functional support and training of business processes enabled by PROCESSMASTER ERP in the modules like Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, and Inventory Control. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing ERP modules like Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, and Inventory Control - Providing ERP support by resolving customer queries via phone, email, remotely, or at client-side locations - Communicating with Customer ERP core team, implementation team, Technical consultant, and Manager - Maintaining Flowcharts, SOP's, preparing user manuals, and providing end-user training - Configuring, deploying, and managing the ERP system and the backend database system - Traveling extensively to client sites for software implementation and training purposes As a desired candidate, you should be: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 0-3 yrs. experience of working with ERP Softwares - Having a minimum of 1+ year working experience in Software implementation and Support - Strong knowledge of PLSQL - Ability to solve complex business issues with excellent communication and presentation skills - Functional knowledge of ERP Modules and Processes Prior experience in implementation and support of Manufacturing ERP Solution would be preferable. Skills required include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Implementation, Technical support, ERP management, and Software implementation.
