ERP Executive Production Planning & Operations Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Executive to manage and execute day-to-day production planning, data entry, and coordination tasks using our ERP system. The ideal candidate should be proficient in ERP tools, MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, and have a good understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Operate and maintain data accuracy within the ERP system for production planning, inventory management, and work orders.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of plans.
- Generate and analyze production reports, schedules, and material requirement plans.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office tools.
- Track daily production progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and communicate effectively for resolution.
- Support management with real-time data, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with internal process standards.
- Assist in process optimization and ERP workflow improvements.
Education: Diploma / B.Com / BBA (preferably in Production, Industrial, or Mechanical , Electrical, Electronics Engineering).
Experience: 1–3 years in a manufacturing or production environment handling ERP and planning tasks.
