ERP Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated ERP Coordinator to be stationed at the school campus full-time. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and day-to-day usage of the School ERP system across all departments including teachers, admissions, security, transport, front office, and administration.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments to ensure consistent and correct usage of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site ERP Management:
• Operate and manage the school ERP system from within the campus.
• Ensure all school departments actively use the ERP modules assigned to them.
• Provide on-the-spot support and troubleshoot system-related issues for staff.
• Monitor and ensure each department updates and utilizes their respective ERP modules regularly and accurately.
• Training & User Support:
• Train new and existing staff members on how to use the ERP system efficiently.
• Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries and issues within the school.
• System Improvement:
• Coordinate with ERP team for updates and enhancements based on staff feedback.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field.
• Prior experience in school ERP coordination or similar roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP softwares will be an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Ability to explain technical systems to non-technical users.

Employment Type: Full-time (On-campus role)

Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (or as per school policy)

NOTE : Candidates staying near Chhiderwala(Nepali Farm), Rishikesh, or the ones who can travel shall only apply. The School will provide the free transpotation as per the bus routes only.
