Job Description

Required Qualifications & Skills -

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts/Purchase roles within an educational institution.
  • Hands-on experience with any ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, accounting principles, Stock / Inventory and institutional workflows.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Purchase and Accounts modules in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Store, Purchase) to ensure proper configuration and usage of ERP features.
  • Monitor data entry accuracy and assist departments in requisition, quotation, purchase order, GRN, and invoice processes through ERP.
  • Support the finance team in ledger, fee structure, payment tracking, and reconciliation tasks via ERP.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on module functionality and updates.
  • Ensure all transactions and workflows comply with internal policies and audit requirements.
