The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers via Email, WhatsApp, and Calls using leads provided by the company. The primary goal is to qualify these leads and forward them to the Sales Department for closure. Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective buyers through Email, WhatsApp, and Calls. Follow a structured outreach strategy to engage leads. Qualify leads based on defined criteria (product interest, volume, region, etc.). Maintain detailed records of outreach and responses. Coordinate with the Sales team by handing over qualified leads promptly. Share regular reports on outreach efforts and conversion status. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management. Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using email and messaging platforms. Qualified MBA candidates are preferred.
