ERP Consultant

Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. You will conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in our ERP system and work closely with development teams to ensure the product meets the requirements and specifications. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify trends and insights that will help improve business processes. Managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing end-user training and support for effective product adoption, collaborating with the QA team for test plans, and conducting user acceptance testing are essential tasks in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements - Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in the ERP system - Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures - Work closely with development teams to ensure the product meets requirements and specifications - Analyze data to identify trends and insights for improving business processes - Manage project timelines and deliverables for timely project completion - Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective product adoption - Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test plans - Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to development teams Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field - Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a product-based company - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time.,
