Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of servers and network services. Perform regular system backups and recovery operations. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file shares, and user account provisioning. Apply OS patches, updates, and software upgrades in a timely manner. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure system security by implementing best practices, antivirus updates, and access controls. Maintain and document IT infrastructure, assets, and procedures. Provide support to end-users for technical issues and escalate unresolved problems. Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support IT operations and projects. Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). Participate in IT audits, compliance checks, and incident management processes.
