Job Description

Supervise erection of steel structures including columns, beams, trusses, bracings, platforms, and other fabrication works.
Monitor alignment, leveling, and plumb of erected structures as per drawings.
Ensure proper use of cranes, lifting tackles, and rigging equipment during erection.
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and client representatives for smooth execution.
Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to site management and client.
Verify bolting, welding, painting, and fit-up works for compliance with quality standards.
Implement and monitor safety practices as per JSW protocols; conduct toolbox talks regularly.
Manage manpower allocation, material handling, and erection sequences to meet timelines.
Maintain erection-related documentation such as method statements, inspection reports, and client communications.
Support in preparing measurement books (MBs) and billing for erection activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues promptly.
