Job Description

**Role Overview:** As an ER Support, AVP at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of ER cases, investigation of HR/ER matters, Internal Committee related activities, and overall governance. Your key focus will be on partnering with the India Business Advisory Campus to manage employee-related incidents and cases effectively. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and changes of key ER governance policies within APAC to ensure compliance with the Global ER mandate and guidelines. Your role will also involve promoting a positive employee experience and fostering the right culture within the bank from an Employee Relations perspective. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day ER cases and investigations, including Internal Committee activities and governance. - Partner with the India Business Advisory Campus to handle employee-related incidents and cases. - Engage in effective stakeholder management, interacting with various business leaders and HR stakeholders. - Investigate HR/ER issues such as Bullying, Harassment, victimization, and retaliation in consultation with HRBA. - Handle disciplinary, performance improvement, and grievance management procedures appropriately. - Support other investigative functions like AFCI and Group Audit. - Provide timely ER support and advice on global and local regulatory requests and changes. - Deliver appropriate ER solutions in alignment with Deutsche Bank policy and values. - Partner with the global ER team to review existing policies, procedures, and draft new ones. - Conduct training sessions for HR colleagues and business managers on ER perspectives. - Stay updated on existing laws and changing regulations related to ER. - Represent ER in Deutsche Bank projects and initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Significant experience as an HR Professional with specific employee relations and/or industrial relations expertise. - Strong stakeholder management skills with competencies in communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, and business networking. - Legal knowledge, drafting/documentation, and report writing skills. - Strong analytical, mediation, and sound judgment skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently, make decisions, and thrive in a pressurized environment. - Familiarity with working in a virtual work environment. **About the Company:** Deutsche Bank strives to create a culture where employees are empowered to excel together every day.
