About client company: It is a first and reliable Financial Services business in Eastern India that houses two business verticals primarily, i.e. Broking and Wealth Managemnt . Under the pillar of Broking , they cover the range of Equities, Derivatives, and Currencies. Under the pillar of Distribution, they include portfolio management services (PMS), Insurance Products, IPOs, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds and other financial products. It has its own Mutual Fund and Equity APP for thier clients .
The company initially focused on the core business of stockbroking . Later it diversified to other areas in the financial services sector such Distribution of mutual funds and PMS & AIF and Un listed products . It also provides Family Office and Advisory Services to investors. It operates across many parts of india.
Job Position: Equity Dealer
Location: Kolkata
Salary-As per industry standard(Fixed salary+additional incentive structure to be provided)
An Equity Dealer is expected to execute client's buy/sell orders in the stock market, provide financial advice and research, manages client portfolios, and maintains relationships to generate revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling client queries, analyzing market trends, placing orders accurately, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Need to bring in some of his/her broking client.May have to do cross-sell of other financial products of the company.
Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and strong communication skills are typically required. Proficiency in trading systems and platforms, and the ability to analyze technical charts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Deep understanding of stock markets, equity products, and market trends
