About Business line/ Function:

Dedicated phone line or service offered by a financial institution or brokerage firm that allows clients to place trades by calling a representative directly.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trades
  • Trade Execution:
  • Accurately execute trades on behalf of clients, post obtaining their explicit consent.
  • Client Education: Inform and educate clients about a diverse range of products and services, promoting for Making Client Trade Consistently And cross-selling opportunities.
  • Client Communication: Engage in effective communication with clients addressing their pain points, and resolving queries to foster long-term relationships.
  • Client Retention: Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Service Feedback Monitoring: Monitor public platforms for client feedback, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to educate clients and encourage adoption.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Financial Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial markets, including stocks, derivatives, and other investment instruments.
