Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Execute buy/sell orders for clients on equity markets with accuracy and speed.
Assist clients in opening and managing Demat and trading accounts.
Provide market updates, stock recommendations (as per compliance), and portfolio insights.
Monitor client positions and risk to ensure adherence to risk management guidelines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and maintain proper documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase trading volumes.

Requirements

NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification Mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience as an Equity Dealer or in a similar broking role.
Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
