Job Description

We are looking for a skilled EPM / Hyperion Service Engineer with 4 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EPM/Hyperion systems, including Hyperion Essbase and Oracle EPM planning modules. This position is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and services for Oracle EPM/Hyperion systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPM data structures, calculations, and Oracle EDM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Oracle EPM Planning and Hyperion Planning/Hyperion Essbase/Hyperion Essbase Studio modules.
Utilize IBM Command center for monitoring and managing system performance.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Oracle EPM/Hyperion systems, including Hyperion Essbase and Oracle EPM planning modules.
Experience with EPM data structures, calculations, and Oracle EDM.
Familiarity with IBM Command center and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
