Job Description

We are seeking an

EPM Solution Architect

with extensive experience in

Oracle EPM Cloud and On-Premise implementations

. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable EPM solutions, and provide strategic guidance on

financial planning, consolidation, and integration

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with
business stakeholders
to gather and translate
functional requirements into technical specifications
.

Analyze complex business needs and provide
actionable recommendations
.

Design and implement
large-scale, impactful EPM solutions
.

Provide expertise on
financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), workforce planning, capital expenditure planning, strategic planning, and consolidation methods
.

Guide clients on
optimal workload distribution
across different systems for performance and efficiency.

Oversee the
integration of EPM with ERP and third-party systems
.

Stay updated with the
latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices
.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience
in
EPM consulting and implementation
, specializing in
EPM Cloud products
.

Completed
four end-to-end implementations
in
EPM On-Premise & Cloud applications
.

Deep functional knowledge
of
financial processes
within the
EPM domain
.

Proficiency in developing
custom integrations
using:
- EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules, and EPM Automate
  .

Hands-on experience in scripting with
Batch, Python, and PowerShell
.

Ability to work in
fast-paced environments
, learning and applying new concepts quickly.

Strong
communication, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills
.

Experience with
Service Requests (SRs) and My Oracle Support
.
