Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an EPC Sales Specialist in the solar industry. The EPC Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. The role includes identifying potential clients, conducting sales training, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services. The specialist will support the expansion of business opportunities within the renewable energy sector while maintaining consistent communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to oversee processes, drive revenue, and achieve targets
• Ability to deliver effective Training to internal teams or clients on products, services, or processes
• Knowledge of the solar industry or experience in renewable energy is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
