Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an EPC Manager. The EPC Manager will oversee engineering, procurement, and construction phases of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely project execution and budget compliance. Core responsibilities include coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients, managing project schedules, mitigating risks, and maintaining high standards of quality control and safety. This role requires effective leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project deliverables align with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project managemet of Railway Tenders of atleast 2 years
• Proven experience handling railway tenders for over 10 years
• Must have a BE Civil degree
• Proficiency in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Risk Management
• Understanding of Construction Processes, Safety Standards, Variations and Regulatory Compliance
• Knowledge of Procurement Processes, Vendor Management, and Negotiation
• Strong Leadership, Structured Mindset, Team Collaboration, and Communication Skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and monitoring
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in the bidding phase of EPC tenders
