India Environmental, Health and Safety - Senior Manager

• Lead the

  implementation

  of

  EHS programs

  and safety culture initiatives during the startup and expansion of the

  Hyderabad office

• Ensure

  compliance

  with local and national regulatory requirements related to

  EHS

• Align all EHS efforts with

  Amgen policies

  , procedures, and expectations
• Develop and implement a

  training, communication, and awareness plan

  for all employees
• Establish and maintain a

  strong ergonomics program

  and processes to promote worker comfort and safety
• Collaborate with office leadership and other key partners to promote and ensure EHS initiatives are effectively implemented
• Conduct

  trend analysis

  and provide regular

  leadership communication

  on safety performance and initiatives
• Oversee and manage

  incident reporting

  and ensure appropriate

  injury management

  through collaboration with the

  Occupational Health group

• Lead

  safety culture programs

  and continuously improve office safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of

  Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)

  experience OR
• Master's degree with 810 years of

  EHS

  experience OR
• Bachelor's degree with 1014 years of

  EHS

  experience OR
• Diploma with 1418 years of

  EHS

  experience
