Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with statutory EHS laws, permits, and regulations.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Monitor waste management, effluent treatment, and environmental parameters.
Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to contractor and
employee.
Drive EHS initiatives for continuous improvement and sustainability.
Training to ERT member and periodic mock drill.
Knowledge in Management of Change Process.
Expertise in handling construction contractor (Fabrication, Civil, Electrical and
Maintenance)
Knowledge in preparing detailed JSA /PJHA for construction activity.
Monthly contractor meeting/Mass meeting to project team.
