Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager located in Tamil Nadu, India. The EHS Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, conducting occupational health assessments, and investigating accidents. Day-to-day tasks include developing training programs, maintaining EHS documentation, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Experience in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Accident Investigation
Ability to conduct and develop Training programs related to health and safety
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree / diploma in Engineering, diploma in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field.
Relevant certifications in environmental health and safety are a plus
Previous experience in a similar role within construction industry.
