Environment Engineer

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working with an Environmental Consultancy Firm and a strong command over GPCB XGN portal work, Environmental Legalization, CGWA permissions, EPR compliance, and other environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete GPCB XGN work including CTE, CTO applications, amendments, and returns Manage Environmental Legalization processes and liaison with GPCB officials Prepare and submit documents related to CGWA (Central Ground Water Authority) approvals and renewals Handle EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) documentation and compliance Conduct site assessments, prepare reports, and suggest pollution control measures Coordinate with clients and government agencies for environmental clearances and audits Prepare environmental impact assessments (EIA), environmental management plans (EMP), and other reports as per requirement Ensure timely submission of reports, returns, and responses to notices Keep up to date with latest amendments in environmental laws and guidelines Requirements: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an environmental consultancy In-depth knowledge of GPCB XGN operations, EPR, CGWA, and other environmental compliance areas Good communication and drafting skills for official correspondence and reporting Strong coordination skills with government departments and client handling ability Proficient in MS Office and online portals like XGN, CPCB, CGWA
