Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership in driving daily business operations andstrategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients on behalf of the businessteam, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Support HR in applicant coordination, initial candidatediscussions, and recruitment scheduling.
  • Manage leadership communications, meetings, and projectfollow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals forclient/vendor interactions.
  • Assist in vendor management (contracts, renewals, and invoicing).
  • Work across teams to learn and contribute to both business andpeople operations.
