What You’ll Do on exciting role

• Own Brain Pro Max’s complete business P&L (sales, growth, profitability).
• Plan and execute D2C campaigns across Meta, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage influencer collaborations and content through Whop / freelancers.
• Oversee Amazon & Shopify listings, pricing, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics, and packaging partners.
• Maintain dashboards for CAC, ROAS, retention, and product reviews.
• Build community engagement and represent TrueSup online/offline.

What We’re Looking For a ideal profile

• 2 – 5 yrs experience in D2C / growth / marketing / startup ops.
• Prior experience in FMCG / supplements / wellness / health tech preferred.
• Strong understanding of paid ads, analytics, influencer marketing, and operations.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Zoho, Canva/Figma, Meta Ads Manager.
• Founder-like mindset — ownership, accountability, hustle.
• Fluent in English
• Prior Experience of similar role is must if you did your own startup that plus
• Ex-founders are prefered
