Job Description: PR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager with 4–5 years of experience in entertainment PR to lead and manage campaigns for leading films, talent, and production houses. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and flawless execution, along with a passion for movies and pop culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns for films.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, from launch planning to post-release coverage reports.
• Maintain proactive client communication and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Provide strong project management with creative solutions under tight deadlines.
• Draft and edit high-quality press notes, pitches, media releases, briefing documents, and campaign reports.
• Work closely with internal teams, media outlets, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, influencer alignments, and promotional opportunities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to craft relevant, timely PR strategies.
• Display sound judgment in crisis situations and provide thoughtful, timely communication.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
