Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Enterprise Network Support L2 Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Meraki products to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for enterprise network environments, focusing on Cisco Meraki wireless, switching, routing and security solutions . Primary Responsibilities: Provide L2-level technical support for enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki wireless access points , switches , routers and firewalls . Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues escalated from L1, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Perform configuration , deployment , and maintenance of Cisco Meraki hardware and software solutions. Manage network security policies , VPN configurations , and firewall rules within the Meraki dashboard. Proactively monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation through Meraki monitoring tools and s . Analyze and resolve LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network security issues in a multi-site enterprise environment . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., security, server, cloud) for integrated network solutions . Document technical issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement . Participate in change management processes, including planning and implementing network changes . Coordinate with Cisco Meraki TAC (Technical Assistance Center) for unresolved issues and firmware/feature updates. Educate and mentor L1 support teams on basic troubleshooting steps and processes . Required Skills: 4+ years of experience in enterprise network support roles , including L2 responsibilities. Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki products, including: Wireless Access Points (MR series) Security Switches (MS series) Meraki Dashboard management Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN (IPSec, SSL), NAT , and network security concepts. Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting and optimization. Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies , network routing and switching principles . Experience in remote network support and troubleshooting using Meraki tools. Familiarity with cloud-managed networking concepts and operations. Ability to analyze packet captures and identify traffic flow issues. Strong problem-solving , communication , and customer service skills . Preferred Certifications: Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist CCNA (Enterprise or Security) CCNP (Enterprise or Security) Qualification and Educational requirements: Any degree in an IT related field is preferred Required Skills Cisco Meraki,Network Infrastructure,Network Support
