Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Technology Solutions - Oracle Security Director. The individual will be responsible for leading and managing Oracle security projects, dealing with consulting, team management, and sales tasks. The director will be expected to ensure the success of projects through effective project management and analytical skills. Regular responsibilities include designing and implementing Oracle security solutions, managing security teams, providing consulting services to clients, and supporting sales initiatives.

• Relevant certifications in Oracle Security or related areas
• Prior experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus

Reporting

• Reports to MD of Cyber Risk Regulatory practice.

People related

• Handled large teams preferably 100+ in size.
• Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements.
• Foster teamwork and innovation.
• Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.
• Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members.
• Contribute to the learning & development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior team members, enabling them to meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management. Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration Management, Engineering
• Candidates with minimum 15 years of relevant experience or above in similar role, preferably with a “Big 4” or equivalent.
