Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Tech Support based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with a mix of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting clients with queries. The role requires prompt issue resolution while maintaining high-quality service for an improved customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Technical Support, including resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify problems, determine solutions, and optimize processes.
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on providing a high-quality service experience.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues for timely resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in technical support or IT-related roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
